1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the website and services available at rewardcoder.online and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "RewardCoder", "we", "us" or "our" refers to RewardCoder, the operator of the Platform.
• "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including Clients, Developers, and Community Members.
• "Developer" means a User who has been approved through our invitation process to submit Projects on the Platform.
• "Client" means a User who posts a Project brief or otherwise commissions work on the Platform.
• "Community Member" means any registered User who has the ability to vote, rate, or tip Developers and their Projects.
• "Project" means any social media management, marketing, analytics, community building, or related digital service submitted by a Developer on the Platform.
• "Reward" means any monetary payment, tip, or other compensation distributed to a Developer based on community votes, ratings, or client payments through the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, images, code, data, and other materials submitted or posted on the Platform.

2. Platform Description

RewardCoder is a community-driven platform specialising in social media and marketing services. It connects Developers who build social & marketing solutions with Clients and Community Members who evaluate and reward their work.

The core principle of RewardCoder is that Developers are remunerated primarily based on the quality of their Projects as judged by the community of registered Users. Rewards are distributed transparently according to community votes, star ratings, tips, and delivery performance.

RewardCoder acts solely as an intermediary marketplace and does not itself provide social media, marketing, or any other services directly to end users.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of, or subject to sanctions imposed by, any country or territory subject to international embargo;
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

Access to the Platform requires a registered account. Community Members and Clients may register directly via the Platform. Developer accounts are granted by invitation only — prospective Developers must contact us at developers@rewardcoder.online and await approval.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party;
• Notify us immediately at info@rewardcoder.online upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account;
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or reward limits is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

5. Developer Programme

5.1 Invitation-Only Access

Developer status is granted exclusively by invitation. RewardCoder reserves the right to accept or reject any Developer application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

5.2 Developer Responsibilities

Approved Developers agree to:

• Submit only original work or work for which they hold all necessary rights;
• Accurately describe their Projects, including scope, deliverables, and timelines;
• Deliver Projects to the standard described and within agreed timeframes;
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions on the Platform;
• Comply with all applicable tax obligations arising from Rewards received;
• Not artificially inflate votes, ratings, or tips through any means, including but not limited to, self-voting, bot activity, or coordinated manipulation.

5.3 Developer Verification

RewardCoder may request identity verification documents before activating Developer accounts or processing Reward payouts. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

6. Reward System

6.1 How Rewards Are Calculated

Rewards distributed to Developers are calculated based on a weighted scoring system comprising:

• Code/Work Quality (35%) — assessed by RewardCoder's quality review process;
• Community Star Rating (30%) — average rating provided by Community Members;
• User Upvotes & Tips (25%) — direct financial tips and upvote count from Community Members;
• Delivery Speed (10%) — assessed against the agreed Project timeline.

RewardCoder reserves the right to adjust the weighting formula with 30 days' notice to Developers.

6.2 Reward Distribution

Rewards are distributed every Monday for the preceding week's activity. RewardCoder retains a platform service fee of up to 20% of all Rewards processed. The exact fee applicable to each Developer will be communicated at the time of account approval and may be revised with 30 days' notice.

6.3 No Guaranteed Earnings

RewardCoder makes no guarantee of any minimum level of earnings. Rewards are entirely dependent on community engagement and project quality. Past earnings of other Developers displayed on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent a guarantee of future earnings.

6.4 Fraud and Manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate the Reward system — including vote-buying, bot activity, collusion, or misrepresentation — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending Rewards. RewardCoder reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for significant fraud.

7. Payments & Fees

7.1 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Euros (EUR, €).

7.2 Payment Methods

RewardCoder accepts payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. RewardCoder does not store full payment card details.

7.3 Refunds

Client payments for Projects are subject to a satisfaction review period. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of Project delivery and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Rewards already distributed to Developers are non-refundable except in cases of proven fraud or material misrepresentation.

7.4 Taxes

Each User is solely responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax obligations applicable to their use of the Platform in their jurisdiction. RewardCoder is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies arising from Rewards or payments received through the Platform. Where required by law, RewardCoder may withhold taxes from Reward payouts.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of any third party;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communication;
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without our express written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
• Use the Platform for any purpose that is competitive with RewardCoder's business without our express written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform, including its design, software, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to RewardCoder. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in accordance with these Terms.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of Content you submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, you grant RewardCoder a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

9.3 Developer Project Rights

Intellectual property rights in completed Projects are governed by the agreement between the Developer and the Client. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Clients obtain a non-exclusive licence to use delivered Projects; ownership remains with the Developer until full payment has been received.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

RewardCoder does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable;
• The quality of any Projects, Rewards, or other materials obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations.

RewardCoder is not responsible for the conduct, content, or quality of any Developer, Client, or other User on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RewardCoder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any conduct or Content of any third party on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or Content.

In no event shall RewardCoder's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the greater of (a) the total amount of Rewards or payments you have received through the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

12. Termination

RewardCoder may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@rewardcoder.online. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination, including any pending Reward payouts subject to completion of verification.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall survive.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national legislation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Users who are consumers within the EU may also refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

14. Changes to These Terms

RewardCoder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date;
• Sending a notification to the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account deletion.
